Despatch & Order Confirmation

Once your order has been received, we will send you confirmation via email. A member of our wholesale team will be in touch if there are any issues that need clearing. Following this you shall receive full tracking details via email. It is therefore vital that we have an up-to-date and active email address valid for your company. 

 

Shipping Details During Checkout

It is your responsibility to ensure all the details that you enter when registering for a wholesale account are correct. We cannot be responsible for shipping to an address that was inaccurately submitted during registration / checkout. Once your order has been proceesed to shipped the delivery address cannot be changed.

 

How do we ship your products?

 

  • Same day deliveries are via a specialist courier whom will require a signature of delivery from a staff member of your company.
  • Next day delivery is via either Parcel Force or UPS and details shall be given from your account manager when shipped.
  • Orders requiring a pallet service are sent via a Pallet courier specialist.
  • Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) we will always attempt to ship same day, subject to stock availability, shipping method chosen.
  • We operate on a priority shipping queue with first come, first served.
  • Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next working day.
  • International orders are subject to the country’s importation regulations. We will not accept liability should the goods fail to clear customs for any reason.

 

Shipping Cost's

 

Our shipping costs will vary depending upon the destination and the type of shipping that you choose. Your shipping total will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. Pallet shipments will need to be manually calculated via a member of our staff. 

 

Shipping Discounts

 

From time to time we may offer free shipping on your order subject to terms. Your account manager is also able to discuss any shipping issues with you and resolve them. 

 

Legal notification

 

We take no responsibility for items which are shipped successfully but fail to arrive due to the failings of the shipping company. Once a consignment has been signed for at your delivery address you must notify us of any problems with 24 hours.

 

In the unlikely event that you do have any shipping problems then we are 100% commited to helping you resolve the issue. We will assist to recover any missing items and will replace any damaged stock. Our customer service team will work closely with you to make sure an acceptable solution is reached. 

 

Any dates specified by the Company for delivery of the Goods are intended to be an estimate and time for delivery shall not be made of the essence by notice. If no dates are so specified, delivery shall be within a reasonable time.

 

Any liability of the Company for non-delivery of the Goods shall be limited to replacing the Goods within a reasonable time or issuing a credit note against any invoice raised for such Goods.

 

The term Delivery includes the handling, packaging and the cost of delivery. Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the type of service available.

 

Placing an order by phone or online is the User's Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Delivery terms and additional Terms and Conditions of service.
