Whilst we welcome a chat with any other vendor, e-liquid or hardware manufacturer we kindly ask that you make an appointment first before visiting our head office. It is company policy to only allow authorised access to our building. If for whatever reason you decide to ignore this notice then our senior management will not be able to see you and access to the building will be denied.

Sales on site at head office can only be made via credit, debit card or PayPal due to us not holding any cash onsite whatsoever.

Our doors are not open to the general public, only trade customers allowed.
